Per-token prices look tiny until agents start working: a single automated task can push hundreds of thousands of tokens through the meter, output costs run 5–6x input, and every retry bills again. The meter has no ceiling — your invoice is a surprise by design. NornGate's is a number you already know.
A model is not a platform
Those prices buy you a raw model and an API key. The orchestration, the agents, the safety gates, the audit trail — that's months of engineering you fund on top, token by token. NornGate's flat price includes the finished platform, with our own LLM on our own GPUs doing the majority of the work at pennies.
You still get the frontier
Flat pricing doesn't mean second-rate models. When a task needs top-end judgment, NornGate hands it to the frontier model you choose — Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, DeepSeek, or any provider via OpenRouter. Premium models for premium problems, without running your whole business through a premium meter.

How much does NornGate cost?
NornGate is a flat monthly subscription based on your company size: $899 per month for businesses with up to 50 employees, $1,299 per month up to 100 employees, and $2,999 per month up to 500 employees. Above 500 employees, we offer a custom Enterprise plan. Every tier includes the entire platform.
What is included in the monthly price?
Everything. The gated multi-orchestrator, all sixteen AI agents, automation loops, the signed action ledger, and NornGate's own LLM running the majority of your workload. There are no per-seat licenses and no feature gates between tiers — every plan runs the same full platform.
How is my tier determined?
By total employee headcount — not by AI users or seats. A 40-person company pays $899 per month whether five people or all forty benefit from the platform. When your headcount grows past a tier boundary, you move to the next tier.
Why can NornGate charge a flat monthly price when AI providers charge per token?
Because NornGate runs its own LLM on its own GPUs, the majority of your workload costs us pennies rather than retail token prices. Token-metered vendors pass every unit of usage to your bill; our economics let us price the platform flat, so your cost is predictable regardless of how much work your agents do.
What happens if my company has more than 500 employees?
You move to our Enterprise plan: custom terms, deployment options including sovereign in-your-cloud installations, and pricing scoped to your organization. Contact us and we will build the plan around your structure.
